Our desire is to create a welcoming environment where we can share life, encourage one another, pray together, and grow in our relationships with Christ. This is a group for intergenerational women both single and married who seek to expand their connection and community with other women. This is a group for single and married men in their 30s and 40s who want to belong and grow in the likeness of Jesus. Our prayer is that this group would be a place where men can build lasting friendships, be encouraged, and pursue Christ together. Each week, we'll gather to study God's Word, have honest conversations, pray for one another, and walk alongside each other as we grow in our faith. We will meet Wednesdays at 7:00 pm. This group is open to First Presers of all ages and stages living in the Longwood/Lake Mary/Sanford area. We will meet Tuesdays at 7:30pm. Our hope is that this small group will be a ‘community within a community’ for those of us who live north of the city. We are currently full, but will open registration again as openings become available.
1. AVAILABILITY: We expect group participants to be present at least 7/8 weeks. We value your energy and time and believe that strong relationships demand strong commitment.
2. PEOPLE: Groups will max at 12 people to foster more meaningful and personal relationships.
3. PLACE: The warmth of a home fosters opportunities for connection and belonging. Most small groups will meet in homes. Enter with joy and respect.
4. CONTENT: Discussion is based on each Sunday's sermon. Be sure to attend or watch on-demand prior to meeting.
