Becoming a Covenant Partner at First Pres is more than membership with a congregation. It’s a commitment we take seriously:
”Covenant” is the Biblical term for our relationship to God and one another.
“Partner” says, “We’re on this journey together.”
As Covenant Partners, we profess together, worship together, serve together, and promise to act in the unity, purity and peace of Christ. We belong to one another.

When you sense a call to become a Covenant Partner:
We’ll invite you to meet with an Elder (spiritual leader) to share your faith story and review this information:
Candidates and Elders discern together if Covenant Partnership is the next step
If so, vows are taken during Sunday morning worship (scheduled quarterly)
First Connections seminar is completed within the first year of Covenant Partnership
Learn how to financially participate in the mission and ministry of our church.
