The Christmas season is the time of year when the coming of Jesus Christ is foretold – and celebrated! This also makes it the perfect season to announce the launch of a new media ministry in your area—that celebrates His coming—called The Well.
Launching in four geographic areas, The Well is a unique web-based initiative that will combine creatively produced television, Facebook, Twitter, and other similar communication mediums to virally spread the hope of the Gospel. With a growing void in television ministry for a vibrantly biblical, orthodox voice, we believe Dr. David Swanson, Senior Pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Orlando, Florida, has been uniquely gifted to communicate the Gospel in a winsome way. We believe the time is now to make God’s message, delivered through Dr. Swanson, available to a wider arena.
The initial launch took place on December 6, 2009 as follows:
Ft. Myers: Sundays at 7 a.m. on WBBH
Chattanooga: Sundays at 10:30 p.m. on CW
Dallas: Sundays at 9:30 a.m. on ION 68
Orlando/Central Florida: Sundays at 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. on Channel 27
Each market will have additional cable buys that will total 25-50 additional broadcasts per week.
