The following forms are needed for all Student Ministry events:
Parent Release Form
Church Insurance Form
Cross Training
Students invited to Cross Training in order to give them an opportunity to be discipled as well as serve in local outreach ministries throughout Orlando. This discipleship training meets on Sundays from 4-6PM. There is also a final banquet for students and families on December 11th after completion. There is an application that must be filled out and turned in before admitted to the class. This application can be found online at www.fpco.org/studentforms.
