The FPCO campus is a full city block long and is within walking distance of major downtown hotels. We’re a short 20 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and just 30 minutes from area attractions including Disney World, Sea World, and Universal. Theatre, great dining, entertainment, lakes, jogging tracks…it’s all within your reach. Best of all, parking is never a problem…FPCO has its own parking garage located on the nearby corner of Rosalind and Jackson.
Meeting Space
Whatever capacity you’re looking for: 1,200, 500, 200, 80, or 10 guests, we’ve got what you need at a price unequaled in downtown. We offer a banquet facility with dining for 350 and 25 conference rooms all equipped with TV, VCR, whiteboard and screen. The Pierson Executive conference room has seating for up to 16 and is equipped with video projector, whiteboard, DVD and Internet connections. All rooms are Internet capable.
Outdoor Events
Need a great outdoor location for your special event or breakout space? The Great Lawn is half a city block long and can accommodate tenting. You’ll enjoy this space for team-building exercises or outdoor receptions. The Covered Angel Wing is perfect rain or shine for events for up to 200 guests.

On-Site Professionals
FPCO has on-site key design, banquet, catering and audio visual professionals who will help you navigate through the decision-making process, to assure you get the results you want each and every time. Our event designer will work to make sure all critical arrangements and follow-ups take place.
Our on-site catering department comprised of a full culinary team is ready to add mouth-watering meals to your event.
You can count on our in-house audio and video specialists to deliver the support needed, from a simple microphone to extensive sound mixing, videotaping and multi-camera shooting.
Break Time
Want to schedule some needed R&R between meetings? FPCO makes it easy with our on-campus Health & Fitness Center which features a regulation size gymnasium, commercial-grade cardiovascular and weight training rooms, and aerobic and fitness classes. Step, aerobics, and body sculpting are just a few of the fitness classes offered. Shower and locker room facilities are available.
