FPCO Ministers and Program Staff

Jenny Arrison
Director of After School Outreach Ministry
Jenny joined the FPCO staff in 2008. Jenny is a graduate of Rollins College with a degree in international affairs. She has extensive youth ministry experience, most of which comes from her time spent on staff at All Saints Church in Winter Park. Her passion for cross-cultural ministry and mission began in 1999 as she served the church in Honduras. She carried that passion home to central Florida where she served on a team of youth leaders to co-found an ecumenical and cross-cultural youth ministry in Orlando’s inner city, later taking students from the Parramore area on missions back to Honduras. This same passion has led her to FPCO where she continues to serve inner-city teens through FPCO’s local urban mission, the After School Outreach Ministry.
